Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, if any items are found to be damaged upon delivery we will exchange those items if we are notified within 3 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Upon execution of an order, all microchips are pre-registered to the buyer and are non-refundable.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication.
