You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to make purchases for yourself or your clinic, shelter, or organization.
You agree to use 911petchip.com lawfully and in good faith. Don't try to bypass our security, scrape our content for competitive purposes, or use the site to harm others.
We try to keep all product descriptions, specs, and pricing accurate. Prices shown on the product pages at the time you place your order apply to that order. We reserve the right to correct typos and to refuse or cancel any order that involves a pricing error.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept or reject orders at our discretion (for example, if a product is out of stock or your billing info doesn't verify).
Payment is processed by Authorize.net via PCI-compliant tokenized fields. We accept major credit cards. Your full card number never touches our servers.
We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Every microchip is pre-registered to your clinic in FreePetChipRegistry™ before it ships — once your order is processed, the chips are tied to your account and cannot be returned. The Universal Worldscan Plus scanner is also non-returnable.
Damaged items are the exception. If anything arrives damaged, email admin@911petchip.com within 3 days of receipt with photos of the damage and original packaging. We'll replace damaged items at no charge. See Store Policies for details.
The 911PetChip™ name, 911TinyChip™ name, FreePetChipRegistry™ name, "Pet ID For Life" tagline, our logos, product photography, website copy, and all other content are owned by 911PetChip™ and its licensors. Don't copy, reproduce, or repurpose any of it without our written permission.
All other trademarks on the site belong to their respective owners.
The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We don't warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content, though we make every effort to keep it current.
Microchip implantation should be performed by a qualified veterinarian or trained professional. We make no medical claims and aren't responsible for outcomes related to chip implantation procedures performed by third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 911PetChip™, its affiliates, employees, and partners aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend and hold 911PetChip™ harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these terms, or violation of any law.
These terms are governed by California law (as in effect in 2026), including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
